Due to new business growth, we are seeking an experienced Azure Integration Developer to lead the technical delivery of Azure integration projects from design through to deployment and handover.
Working closely with customers, architects and delivery teams, you'll make key technical decisions, design secure and scalable integration solutions and ensure quality outcomes are delivered.
The preferred candidate provide hands-on leadership across Azure Integration Services, API development, cloud security and operational excellence. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members, contributing to solution scoping and estimation as well as helping drive continuous improvement and innovation across customer engagements.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience leading the technical delivery of Azure integration projects from detailed design through build, testing, deployment and handover.
- Drive technical decision-making, selecting the right Azure services, integration patterns, and approaches to meet customer requirements.
- Design and deliver robust, scalable, and resilient integration solutions with a focus on reliability, observability and operational excellence.
- Build and govern APIs using Azure API Management, including security, policy management, versioning and lifecycle management.
- Implement secure cloud solutions using Entra ID, managed identities, private networking and Azure security best practices.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, including coding, troubleshooting complex issues and setting quality standards across delivery teams.
- Mentor and support developers and consultants through design reviews, code reviews and technical coaching.
- Collaborate closely with customers, architects, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, solution scoping, effort estimation, and technical proposal development.
- Champion best practices across integration architecture, DevOps, automation, Infrastructure as Code and Azure platform services.
