Lead Internal Communication Digital Content And Employer Branding
Purpose of the job
Responsible for keeping Orange Egypt well informed about the company's news and engaging candidates on our various Life at Orange social media channels.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain internal communications channels for employees; draft and/or edit Newsflash announcements, providing context, clarity, consistency and appropriate tone.
Promote Orange Egypt as a top employer on social media featuring content that appeals to and attracts youth all over the country.
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media and utilize our internal and external digital presence to boost employer brand awareness.
Act as a frontline employer brand manager by engaging in conversations and answering followers' questions on Life at Orange Egypt pages.
Act as a corporate blogger, responsible for stylish writing and frequently posting new content on MyIntranet (Orange Egypt's intranet) and Plazza (Orange Group's platform).
Create and manage social media calendar (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
Build and execute social media plans through competitive research, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Monitor and stay current with social media trends and best practices.
Consistently market the HR brand promise internally to foster employees' loyalty.
Work closely with the Sourcing team to identify/co-create the touch-points and opportunities to re-enforce our employment brand message.
Job specification
Education
One to three years of experience in copywriting or internal communications.
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, English Literature or relevant field.
Skills and abilities
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills for English and Arabic content.
Creative and social-media savvy.
Dynamic and energetic personality, can work with different people comfortably.
Design skills using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & Aftereffects.
