Architecture and Technical Leadership
Strong experience in software design, solution architecture, technical leadership, or architecting complex applications.
Ability to design end-to-end technical solutions and make sound architectural decisions.
Experience leading technical discussions and collaborating with developers and other stakeholders.
Backend Development
Strong hands-on experience with Java 17 or Java 8.
Solid experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
Experience developing cloud-native applications, including microservices architectures.
Experience with unit testing and integration testing, preferably using JUnit or similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of application and API security principles and best practices.
Experience working with data persistence technologies, including RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases.
Development Practices and Tools
Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines.
Knowledge of test automation practices and tools.
Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong understanding of software development best practices, including clean code, code reviews, and maintainable application design.
AWS or Azure experience

Candidates with experience in front-end technologies will have an advantage, particularly those with:
