Lead Java Developer
Summary
Leads a Java team to build and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL while mentoring developers and resolving production issues.
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer (Lead) with at least 8 years of experience in Java development and application support to design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications while providing technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support Java-based enterprise applications.
- Lead and mentor the development team through technical guidance and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of Java development and application support experience.
- Proven leadership or team lead experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Core, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and Git.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite
