TCS is hiring a Lead Java backend developer in Pune (6-10 yrs experience) to build Java/Spring Boot microservices with GenAI integrations such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and RAG. Nice-to-haves include CrewAI, AI agents, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and BFSI/banking domain exposure.

Must Have
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Integration, LangChain and/or LangGraph, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
