In this role you will lead hands-on Java development for a growing FX trading fintech. You’ll guide a team, make architectural decisions, and mentor peers while staying technically involved. You will build cloud-native microservices and drive low-latency Java systems in a product-led environment. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, you’ll shape delivery and ensure robust, scalable solutions for financial markets. This is a chance to scale critical trading tech within a dynamic, supportive culture.
