Lead Java Engineer - Cloud-Native Microservices (Hybrid)

iO Associates is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer (Java) to drive design, development and support of scalable, cloud-native backend applications for a major retailer. You will lead in an Agile, DevOps setting to build high-performance microservices, APIs and event-driven solutions powering a modern fulfilment platform at scale.

Required are extensive Java and Spring Boot expertise, a track record of delivering distributed microservices, Kafka-driven event streams and Azure deployments.
