Project Global Limited seeks a Lead Java Engineer to own onshore delivery of Java backend services in a UK banking environment. You will lead cross-team collaboration across product, architecture, DevOps and offshore teams to deliver scalable, secure services.
The ideal candidate will design and develop RESTful APIs, implement microservices with Spring Boot, and ensure quality through BDD/TDD, CI/CD, and observability. This is a hybrid role with 2 office days per week in London or Edinburgh.
