Lead Machine Learning Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of machine learning and deep learning solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Develop NLP and retrieval-augmented generation systems, including data preparation, model evaluation, and inference workflows.
• Build scalable Python-based AI services and integrate them into microservices architectures.
• Design and operate production AI workloads on AWS with appropriate reliability, security, and scalability controls.
• Provide technical direction through architecture reviews, code reviews, experimentation standards, and mentoring of machine learning engineers.

Skills Required:

• 11 - 13 years of relevant experience in machine learning engineering, AI engineering, or related software engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Python.
• Practical experience building retrieval-augmented generation solutions and integrating AI capabilities into production systems.
• Proven experience designing scalable microservices and deploying machine learning applications on AWS.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, inference services, API integration, and production testing for AI systems.

Good to Have:

• Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases, prompt engineering, agentic AI, and FastAPI.

Education: Any graduation degree from a recognized institution.
