Lead Machine Learning & AI Engineer

Exciting new Lead Machine Learning & AI Engineer position for a fast growing personal lines Insurance company. This role will join an existing, high performing team of AI & Machine Learning experts and be responsible for implementing and continuously improving the

machine learning and AI operations frameworks that bring innovative solutions to life.

This organisation are a flagship client to Microsoft and Data Bricks and will be required to engage directly with both in order to continue ambitions to the be the UK's leading deployer of AI products within a regulated environment.

The role will lead a specialist AI Project team of Machine Learning Operations Engineers, Analytics Engineers and AI Engineers to deliver innovative AI Products and Projects focused on improving customer contact and ease of engagement.

Core Skills Required:

• AZURE Cloud & AI Platform Experience: strong understanding of Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Azure Stream Analytics, Cognitive Services, Event Hubs, Synapse, and Data Factory).
• Data Science & AI Development Skills: Fluency in Python and common modelling frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• MLOps & Production Deployment: Skilled in applying MLOps frameworks within production environments.
• Analytics and proble, solving.

This is a fantastic role for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for developing innovative AI tools and solutions.

Location: UK Remote

Salary: Up to £90,000 + excellent benefits
