The Lead Maintenance Operation Engineer(Offshore) is in charge of all scheduled and unscheduled multi-discipline maintenance activities on PS-3, to meet production targets. Controls and supervises all Senior and ELS maintenance staff and assigned contractors for routine maintenance or Special Contracts. Also, as Lead Maintenance operation Engineer he is directly in charge of his particular trade, be it Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical.
Required Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 10 years of experience of which at least five (5) years in trade supervisory position, followed by five (5) years in multi discipline position with varied maintenance operation experience within a similar offshore oil and gas environment. Experience in the use of computerized preventive maintenance programme is essential.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline with an aptitude for understanding cause and effects of complex instrumentation / electrical control system.
