Lead Manager - Record to Report

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Manager - Record to Report to oversee and manage the financial reporting processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in month-end closing, bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, as well as compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Oversee bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. - Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure all journal entries are recorded accurately. - Supervise fixed asset accounting and ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies. - Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of month-end closing processes and financial reporting. - Proficiency in bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation. - Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries. - Familiarity with fixed asset accounting and financial reporting standards. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and leadership abilities.
