In this high-impact role, you will serve as our primary technical authority for Mastercam across Phillips Federal, establishing the gold-standard technical practices and advanced workflows that drive absolute manufacturing excellence. You will lead and mentor a team of support specialists and applications engineers, while directly partnering with sales, strategic government initiatives, and enterprise clients to solve their most complex technical challenges through expert consulting, solution design, and rigorous software reviews.
Virtuosity in this position requires setting a new benchmark for technical execution and measurable customer success. You will command the entire Mastercam support architecture—owning incoming support requests across digital portals, phone lines, and shared platforms—to deliver immediate resolutions, track software escalations, and guide client implementations. By continually evaluating emerging Mastercam capabilities, defining service quality metrics, and systematically measuring customer satisfaction, you will build a world-class support engine that elevates our partners' capabilities and solidifies Phillips' position as an indispensable industry leader.
