Lead Mechanical Engineer, PE

Citrine is looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer, PE to provide senior technical leadership across our mechanical engineering projects while supporting and developing our mechanical engineering team. This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys both technical design work and mentoring others and is looking to take on a broader leadership role within a growing engineering firm.

The Lead Mechanical Engineer, PE will serve as a senior technical resource for commercial, industrial, and government projects, providing engineering guidance from design through construction and commissioning. In addition to leading complex mechanical design efforts, this role will help guide the work of mechanical engineers, designers, and technical staff, support project planning and workload coordination, and contribute to the continued development of Citrine’s mechanical engineering capabilities.

This is a full-time, exempt position is based in Colorado, with candidates ideally located near Lakewood or Grand Junction, CO. Hybrid work arrangements may be available. Travel to project sites, client locations, and other Citrine offices is required. Salary: $140k - 155k DOE with a full benefits package!
