Lead Medical Support Assistant
About the Position: This position is located in the Department of Emergency Medicine, Madigan Army Medical Center Joint Base Lewis-McChord / Pierce / Washington, Department of Emergency Medicine. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. A recruitment incentive may be authorized.
Assign, distribute, and balance the daily workload among employees.
Instruct staff on new procedures and provide on-the-job training.
Resolve informal employee complaints and facilitates communication regarding management goals and employee concerns.
Perform receptionist and clerical duties utilizing automated systems.
Recognition and identify potential emergency medical situations.
Manage sensitive patient records with audits charts and enforce strict HIPAA privacy standards.
