As a Lead Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer, you will lead the development of enterprise data pipelines and data models that power reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring reliable, scalable, and production‑ready data platforms.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

  • Design and develop Microsoft Fabric data pipelines to support enterprise analytics requirements.
  • Develop ETL/ELT processes that enable efficient movement and transformation of enterprise data.
  • Build and maintain enterprise data models that deliver trusted and accessible information.

Analytics & Reporting Enablement

  • Design Power BI datasets and supporting data structures for reporting and analytics.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise data pipeline performance.
  • Support deployment activities and production operations.

We’d Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

  • You have 8–10 years of experience in data engineering.

Technical Expertise

  • You have strong Microsoft Fabric experience.
  • You are experienced with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • You have strong SQL and enterprise data modelling skills.
  • You have experience with Power BI datasets.
  • You have knowledge of Azure data services (advantage).

  • You demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and technical leadership.
  • You collaborate effective with data and analytics teams.
  • You are detail‑oriented and proactive in ensuring data reliability and scalability.
