Lead Mitigation Technician/Crew Chief

Property Medics of Georgia is a Residential construction company whose main focus is on insurance related reconstruction.

We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced Lead Mitigation Technician. Our Mitigation Technicians work hard in often harsh conditions involving, smoke, water, mold, sewage, etc., to help people and properties recover from damage due to disasters. We are looking for self-motivated, team players who genuinely care about their workmanship. We are always busy and have steady work all year long. Lead Mitigation Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the following mitigation team duties to ensure each job runs smoothly and efficiently:
  • Water Damage-extraction, drying, minor demolition & pack out
  • Mold Remediation
  • Fire Damage-board up, structure stabilization, smoke cleaning & pack out
  • Trash removal
  • Restoration-contents manipulation, cleaning, small punch out tasks
• Taking moisture readings at each job to ensure accurate completion
• Ensuring proper paperwork and photos are complete
• Material supply and delivery
• On call rotation for new emergency calls
• Other duties as assigned
