Lead ML Engineer – AdTech / User Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML models for user acquisition, targeting, campaign optimization, bidding, conversion, LTV/CLV and monetization.
• Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Develop predictive models using XGBoost, LightGBM, Logistic Regression, Random Forest or similar techniques.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, experimentation frameworks and statistical models.
• Work with AdTech platforms, ad networks and MMPs such as AppsFlyer / Adjust for attribution and campaign measurement.
• Own ML projects from problem definition to production, including model validation and monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership, code/model reviews and mentoring while remaining hands-on.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing/UA and Business teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in ML / Data Science / ML Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL and traditional/predictive ML.
• Strong experience with feature engineering, model evaluation, statistics and A/B testing.
• Experience in AdTech, User Acquisition, Mobile Gaming, Performance Marketing, Marketing/Customer Analytics, Growth or E-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with targeting, propensity, recommendation, personalization, campaign optimization, LTV/CLV, churn/retention or monetization.
• Strong ownership and ability to provide technical leadership while continuing to work as an IC.
• GenAI/LLM/RAG/Agentic AI exposure is a plus, but traditional ML is the core requirement.
• Understanding and/or experience of Agentic + LLM ( Good to have)
• Apache Spark/PySpark and AWS experience is a plus.
