Lead Mobile Developer

Description

Looking for multiple senior lead level ios and android engineers to work hybrid in San Antonio or Phoenix. Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid to large-sized custom implementation projects.

Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers.

Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project.

Develops prototypes and evaluates alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high complexity project

Has expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs

Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for team. Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff

Possesses deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts

• iOS native software development (Swift) - 8 yrs

• Designing and implementing technical solutions to meet complex business requirements - 8 yrs

• Troubleshooting and resolving code defects and production issues - 5 yrs

Active engagement in Agile Scrum ceremonies

• Successfully deliver complex work items in support of prioritized business features

• Able to interpret technical guidance and acceptance criteria to ensure work items delivered meet all requirements in line with team processes, coding standards, and non-functional requirements

• Follows established SDLC processes

• Executes work with no supervision required while making time to work collaboratively and support teammates to ensure team successfully completes all prioritized and committed objectives each PI

Successfully delivers on-time and on-budget for all assigned work items

• Actively participates in Agile Scrum ceremonies and supports teammates

• Leads team in breaking down features into stories as required

• Plans work, identifies dependencies, and mitigates risks through thorough impact analysis

Ideal candidate is a highly experienced iOS developer with proven track record of delivering on complex work items and working well in a team environment, capable of leading feature delivery and resolving defects and production issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
