This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll perform MRI procedures while helping lead daily operations, support your team, and maintain a safe, efficient, patient-focused MRI environment.

Position Details
- Status: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Location: 415 Ray C. Hunt Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22903
- No On-Call Requirements!
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality MRI procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Lead and coordinate daily MRI workflow and department operations
- Support, mentor, and provide guidance to MRI technologists and staff
- Maintain MRI safety standards, protocols, and accreditation requirements
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and onboarding
- Monitor image quality and ensure MRI protocols are followed
- Troubleshoot equipment and workflow concerns
- Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and referring providers
- Support patient satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives
