1. Min of 10 years of experience
2. Have more than 3 years of experience in developing products/application in .Net core, .Net MVC, Entity Framework, Azure Blob Storage, Angular JS, and JavaScript using MS SQL Server as database.
3. Experience in building SOAP & REST web services
4. Experience in building web API
5. Experience in Azure DevOps
6. Knowledge in Azure CI/CD deployments
7. Guide a team of 5 to 7 people technically
8. Providing timely and correct status updates to all stakeholders
9. End-to-End implementation of change requests
1. Requirements gathering, estimation, design, build and rollout
10. Ensure productivity of the team comprising 5-7 members
11. Define the coding standards and ensure compliance
12. Review code and unit test results
13. Ensure 100% process compliance
14. Meet the delivery commitments
15. Help the delivery manager or lead in metrics reporting
16. Reduce people dependency with proper documentation
