We are seeking a skilled Lead Network Engineer specializing in Data Centre & Automation to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing high-performance network infrastructures in data centre environments.
Responsibilities
Design and implement network infrastructure for data centre operations. Manage and optimize network performance and security in a data centre environment. Lead automation initiatives to enhance network management and monitoring processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner. Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and changes.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-10 years of experience in network engineering, specifically in data centre environments. Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and routing/switching technologies. Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python scripting, etc.). Proficient in configuring and managing network devices from major vendors (Cisco, Juniper, etc.). Familiarity with data centre technologies such as virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage area networks (SAN). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
