Lead Offline Marketing
Key Responsibilities: | 1. Centralized Offline Marketing
Strategy & Calendar Planning · Develop and own the annual and quarterly
offline marketing roadmap across regions in alignment with overall sales
funnel targets. · Proactively identify market-level
opportunities in advance rather than reacting to branch requests. · Define structured offline playbooks for Top,
Mid, and Bottom funnel activities. 2. Funnel-Based Local Marketing
Design · In collaboration with branch leaders, design
offline initiatives across: · Top of Funnel: Local brand visibility,
association partnerships, sponsorships, medical ecosystem branding. · Mid Funnel: Knowledge seminars, curated
group engagements, educational meets. · Bottom of Funnel: Closed-door
roundtables, curated HNI/doctor meets, high-intent relationship events. The role focuses on strategy, structure, and outcomes —
not last-mile logistics. 3. Branch Coordination & Team
Leadership · Lead and mentor branch-level offline marketing
coordinators/executives who manage on-ground execution. · Provide clear briefs, event frameworks, and
success metrics to branch teams. · Review execution plans and ensure alignment
with central brand and funnel objectives. · Drive accountability through structured
reporting and review mechanisms. 4. Localized
Opportunity Sourcing (Strategic Level) · Identify and establish strategic relationships
with associations, hospitals, medical bodies, and relevant local partners at
a conceptual and partnership level. · Build scalable engagement models that branches
can implement locally. · Design repeatable event formats that can be
replicated across cities. 5. Governance of Event Quality &
Brand Standards · Define premium brand experience guidelines
aligned with wealth management positioning. · Approve key elements such as event format,
positioning, messaging themes, and target audience mix. · Ensure consistency in experience across all
regions through structured SOPs. 6. Budget Allocation
& ROI Oversight · Allocate regional offline marketing budgets in
consultation with leadership. · Monitor ROI, cost efficiency, and funnel
conversion impact of offline initiatives. · Optimize spends through strategic vendor
frameworks and negotiation guidelines. 7. Compliance & Process Framework · Establish compliance protocols inspired by
pharma/healthcare event discipline where relevant. · Ensure documentation, approvals, and
audit-ready processes are maintained across branches. |
Qualification & Skills: | · Minimum
qualification Graduation · Strong experience in pharma, healthcare, or doctor-centric events . · Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-profile
attendees · Excellent coordination, communication, and vendor management skills · Highly organized with strong attention to detail · Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive client information · Willingness to travel as per event requirements |
