We're looking for a Lead, Organizational Change Management to join our team in Raleigh, NC. 🔹 Summary

The Lead, Organizational Change Management is responsible for leading and executing organizational change strategies that support enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives across MPG.

In this role, you'll partner with Operations, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project teams to drive employee adoption, strengthen organizational readiness, and improve business outcomes during organizational, process, technology, and workforce changes. This position serves as a trusted advisor, helping leaders and employees successfully navigate transformation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


🔹 What You'll Do

  • Lead change management activities for complex business transformation initiatives across manufacturing, operational, and corporate functions.
  • Develop and execute change management plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and training approaches.
  • Assess organizational impacts, identify change adoption risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Build and support change champion networks across locations and business functions.
  • Measure organizational readiness, change effectiveness, and employee adoption through metrics and reporting.
  • Partner with Internal Communications to deliver effective messaging that drives awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, leadership discussions, and employee listening sessions.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and partner with subject matter experts to create learning and enablement programs.
  • Coach leaders and managers on leading teams through change.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, leadership transitions, culture initiatives, and employee experience programs.
  • Assess employee impacts and support strategies that improve engagement, capability, and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders regarding change risks, communication strategies, and adoption planning.
  • Translate complex business and technology changes into practical, employee-focused solutions.

🔹 What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading organizational change management initiatives.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business transformations and technology implementations.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations-focused environments.
  • Experience supporting frontline, hourly, contingent, and multi-shift employee populations.
  • Experience developing organizational readiness and employee adoption strategies.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of structured change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks.
  • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical change solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting organizational effectiveness and business transformation initiatives.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or similar credential preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.
