Lead Pastor (Teaching Emphasis)

At Movement, we are passionate about helping people find their way back to God. We are looking for a Lead Pastor who is bold, brave, and courageous to join us in this mission. If you are an emotionally healthy leader, visionary, and passionate about people, this role might be for you!

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Preach 32+ times a year.

Lead and teach in various group settings.

Develop and mentor church staff and servant leaders.

Cast vision for making, mobilizing, and multiplying disciples.

Provide pastoral care (baptisms, counseling, funerals, weddings, etc.).

Drive development and promote generosity.

Assist in Operational and Facility duties as needed (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).

Passionate about church planting and compassionate towards others.

8+ years of leadership and teaching experience.

Masters Degree preferred.
