seeking a full-time, permanent Lead Physical Therapist to
join their team! Details are below.
Pay: $39.80 to $57.12/Hour
(depending on experience)
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
Lead Physical Therapist Job Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Mon-Fri schedule, day shift
- Setting: Inpatient
- Lead Physical Therapist will provide high-quality personalized care
with an average of 10-12 patients per day
- Assesses and evaluates patients
to develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians.
- Guides and supports patients
through therapeutic activities to restore mobility, function, and
independence.
- Monitors patient progress and
adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintains accurate documentation
of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
- Supervises Rehab Aides and
collaborates with other team members to ensure continuity of care.
Lead Physical Therapist Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have active Physical Therapist License
- Previous Physical Therapist experience preferred
