Lead Planning Engineer

The Senior Planning Engineer will manage master scheduling and project controls for premium, fast-track luxury residential and large-scale villa community projects. The role requires driving Tier-1 contractor-level execution, building cost-and-resource-loaded programs, and running critical path sequencing to ensure on-time delivery. Must have a Civil Engineering degree and a proven track record delivering premium builds in the UAE.

Direct contractor experience managing large-scale residential villa master developments, luxury towers, or high-end building projects. Advanced mastery of Oracle Primavera P6 to build, update, and monitor detailed Level 4 baseline schedules and progress S-curves. Strong pre-and-post contract experience handling resource profiling, cash flow forecasting, and quantity release tracking. Forensic planning expertise to conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) or Window Analysis for EOT claims and contractual delay notices. Strong communication skills to coordinate with site execution crews, subcontractors, and premium consultants.
