Lead Platform (devops) Engineer - Team of 4 - Healthcare - AWS, Cloud Infrastructure & Production Reliability - Build technology that helps save lives worldwide

This is a financially healthy healthcare scale-up with strong product–market fit and an established product helping clinicians detect disease earlier, improve treatment outcomes and save lives around the world. The platform is in production in dozens of countries, with proven clinical impact.

They’re looking for an experienced Platform/DevOps Lead to own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and production operations. You’ll combine hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, leading a team of ~4 Enginers and helping the platform scale securely and reliably as the business grows.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and evolve the AWS infrastructure and cloud deployment strategy.
• Design, build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Own production reliability, performance and observability, including logging, monitoring and alerting.
• Strengthen security across cloud infrastructure and software deployments.
• Drive incident response, post‑incident reviews and improvements that prevent recurring issues.
• Work closely with Software Engineering, QA and Infrastructure Engineers to improve developer workflows and mentor colleagues.

What you bring:

• Experience as a Tech/Team Lead; leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers, combined with clear communication and a pragmatic approach.
• A strong track record in Platform, DevOps, Cloud or Infrastructure Engineering, including 5+ years working with AWS.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and container orchestration such as Kubernetes.
• Experience operating production systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting and incident response.
• Experience with cloud security and observability tooling, such as Snyk, Wiz, Datadog and Coralogix.

The team works hybrid, with one office day per week on Tuesdays.

Experience in healthcare or another regulated software environment is a plus!
