If you thrive on solving complex engineering challenges, improving developer productivity, and collaborating with talented teams, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Build and Improve Developer Platforms
Design, develop, and enhance enterprise CI/CD platforms that streamline software delivery across the development lifecycle.
Create reusable pipelines, automated workflows, and self-service solutions that make it easier for developers to build, test, and deploy applications.
Improve developer experience by reducing manual processes, simplifying deployments, and increasing engineering efficiency.
Drive Automation and Cloud Innovation
Build and optimize CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and related automation technologies.
Leverage AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps practices to support reliable, scalable infrastructure and deployments.
Develop standardized deployment processes across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
Embed Security and Reliability
Partner with security and engineering teams to integrate security, compliance, and quality checks directly into delivery pipelines.
Implement secure automation practices, including secrets management, access controls, automated scanning, and software supply-chain protections.
Troubleshoot complex pipeline and deployment challenges while continuously improving platform reliability and performance.
Lead Through Collaboration and Innovation
Partner with software engineers, SREs, QA, security, and product teams to deliver solutions that improve the developer experience.
Help establish engineering standards and best practices while balancing consistency with team flexibility.
Mentor fellow engineers, share technical knowledge, and influence the adoption of modern platform engineering practices.
Identify opportunities to improve deployment speed, reliability, and overall developer productivity.
Work Locations: Bloomington, IL-Corporate, Dunwoody, GA-Park Center Hub, Richardson, TX-CityLine Hub or Tempe, AZ-Marina Heights Hub locations.
