Lead PLM Teamcenter Developer

Core Development & Customization:

- Design and implement data models using BMIDE to support complex business processes.

- Develop and customize Active Workspace (AWC) clients to enhance user experience and functionality.

- Author custom server-side business logic and extensions utilizing ITK (Integration Toolkit) development in C/C++ and integration frameworks.

System Configuration & Data Governance:

- Manage and configure core Teamcenter modules, including Workflows, ACLs, Organization, Classification, Structure Manager, Revision Rules, and Variant Rules.

- Maintain and optimize database schemas and system architecture to ensure peak performance.

Enterprise Integration & Middleware:

- Architect and maintain enterprise-grade integrations using AIG (Application Integration Gateway).

- Design and deploy scalable APIs and microservices to support complex enterprise integration patterns.

DevOps & Operational Excellence:

- Lead end-to-end Teamcenter upgrades and manage high-stakes go-live transitions.

- Implement modern software development lifecycles, including Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and rigorous code reviews.

- Develop automation scripts to streamline routine operational tasks and improve system reliability in high-availability environments.
