The primary duties of a Lead Plumbing Installer include
- Lead and supervise plumbing installation crews on residential projects.
- Install water, waste, gas, and drainage systems according to local and state codes.
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and labor requirements.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions.
- Train and mentor apprentice and junior plumbers.
- Communicate professionally with customers
