Lead Produce Clerk

We are hiring for a Full-Time Lead Produce Clerk with a wage range of $16.00 - $19.00 at our location in Manning, AB.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a strong knowledge of produce

Ensure product is stocked, rotated, well-presented, and culled appropriately

Assist the Produce Manager in creating seasonal and promotional displays

Assist in Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards

Maintain a clean and sanitized work area

Handling customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience

What you Bring:

Minimum 1 year of produce experience

Warm and welcoming personality

Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Comfortable working during peak grocery store hours (i.e. evenings, daytime, weekends, and holidays)

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
