Lead Product Designer
Summary
Lead Product Designer at Coda (Bangkok) sets design direction, principles, and design systems across Coda's commerce and payment products, translating concepts into user flows and polished UI. It's a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role mentoring designers while partnering with Engineering, Data, and GTM to ship customer-facing experiences.

What you'll do

Lead the vision of your product portfolio alongside your product and engineering counterparts by defining business opportunities, translating insights into customer-facing experiences, and defining how all of Coda's products work together.

Set the design direction, and design principles and refine design processes to ensure we get the right balance between delighting customers and having the right design governance in place.

Translate concepts into user flows and UI designs to create intuitive user experiences that you feel genuinely proud of creating.

Define and maintain the design system of all your products to produce consistent and intuitive user experiences.
What you'll bring

7+ years of product design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a product-based company.

Proven ability to lead design strategies and teams, especially in B2B environments, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that drive tangible business results.

Demonstrated experience in building and scaling design systems across diverse product portfolios, with a keen understanding of how to balance creativity with business priorities.

A strong background in e-commerce, online payment products, or gaming is preferred. Ability to manage multiple design projects with competing priorities while fostering an environment of proactive, forward-thinking design solutions.

Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, with a focus on growing and inspiring a design team to think critically and strategically.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing decision-making at the senior level through strategic design thinking.
