Responsibilities
- Own UX and product design across the platform
- Lead user research, prototyping and usability testing
- Develop and evolve design systems
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering
- Coach and support one Product Designer
- Senior-level in-house Product Design experience
- B2B SaaS product experience is essential
- Strong Figma, prototyping and user research skills
- Experience working in Agile product teams
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a lead role
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Genuine step up into design leadership
