You will also explore AI-native approaches to prototyping and product development, turning ideas into working experiences quickly. Alongside your individual contribution, you will mentor designers, strengthen the design system, and help establish a high bar for quality and responsible product experiences.

- Create product variants specifically designed for experimentation and collaborate with data science teams to interpret results and inform future iterations.
- Use AI-powered tools and rapid prototyping techniques to create functional, clickable experiences quickly and enable decisions based on real artifacts rather than static concepts.
- Design reward, retention, and progression mechanics that encourage sustainable engagement while maintaining transparency, fairness, and long-term user trust.

- Genuine interest in iGaming, with professional or personal experience across casino, sportsbook, poker, or related products and a strong understanding of what makes these experiences effective.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral psychology concepts such as reward schedules, variable reinforcement, progression and status systems, framing, anticipation, and loss aversion, with the ability to apply them practically to product design.
- Demonstrated experience building with AI, including prototypes, tools, agents, or workflows that you created yourself, along with a clear perspective on where AI can improve the design process.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with strong command of Figma and the ability to use modern prototyping tools to rapidly turn concepts into working experiences.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and Web3 mechanics, along with genuine interest in their potential applications within gaming and digital products.
- A highly autonomous, adaptable, and low-ego approach, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence leadership, provide actionable design feedback, and build consensus without compromising design quality.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong product design work is required, along with an example of something you have built using AI and a brief explanation of what you learned from the experience.
- Competitive compensation and equity package.
- Flexible paid time off.
- Remote-first working environment.
- Fast-paced and collaborative culture.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact consumer product experiences at the intersection of growth, gaming, AI, and emerging technology.
