Wonders.ai is seeking an exceptional Product Manager to drive the execution, quality, and continuous improvement of darlin™ (www.darlin.ai). This is a hands-on core team leadership role working directly with the founder to turn product vision into exceptional, launch-ready user experiences.

We want someone with outstanding product judgment, UX sensitivity, testing discipline, and relentless execution. You must independently identify problems, coordinate solutions, and ensure features actually work—not simply write PRDs, manage tickets, or report progress.

**Responsibilities**

1. **Product Ownership:** Translate vision into requirements, priorities, user flows, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.
2. **UX & Quality:** Personally evaluate usability, AI interactions, onboarding, payments, character behavior, voice, memory, and cross-device experiences.
3. **Release Management:** Own testing, bug tracking, fix verification, release readiness, and launch quality.
4. **Execution Leadership:** Coordinate engineers, designers, AI researchers, and operations; resolve blockers and drive timely delivery.
5. **AI Character Experience:** Evaluate personality consistency, emotional authenticity, dialogue quality, and interaction responsiveness.
6. **User Insights:** Analyze community feedback, support issues, and product data to identify and prioritize improvements.
7. **Growth & Retention:** Improve activation, onboarding, engagement, retention, and conversion through product decisions.
8. **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively discover broken flows, missing polish, and product weaknesses; drive fixes through release.

**Requirements**

• Proven experience shipping consumer software or AI products.
• Exceptional product taste, UX judgment, and attention to detail.
• Strong hands-on QA, debugging, and release management discipline.
• Ability to independently drive execution across technical teams.
• Understanding of AI products, gaming, or interactive entertainment.
• Chinese and English required; Japanese strongly preferred.
• Interest in anime, AI characters, and Japanese entertainment culture.
• Ability to contribute within the first week and take full ownership within one month.

4. **開発推進：** エンジニア、デザイナー、AI研究者、運営チームを調整し、課題解決と納期達成を推進。
5. **AIキャラクター体験：** 人格の一貫性、感情表現、会話品質、応答性を評価・改善。
6. **ユーザー分析：** コミュニティ、サポート、利用データから課題を発見し、改善を優先順位付け。
7. **成長・継続率：** 初期体験、利用率、継続率、課金転換率を製品改善によって向上。
8. **継続的改善：** UXの問題、未完成な機能、品質不足を主体的に発見し、解決まで推進。

• コンシューマー向けソフトウェアまたはAI製品のリリース実績。
• 卓越した製品判断力、UX感覚、細部へのこだわり。
• 実践的なQA、デバッグ、不具合管理、リリース経験。
• 技術チームを横断して開発を推進できる実行力。
