Lead Product Manager

1. AI Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and drive the AI product vision, roadmap, and execution aligned to PSAI growth objectives.
• Build AI agents and decision-support tools for product portfolio management, opportunity identification, and commercial teams.
• Identify high-impact use cases across portfolio prioritization, lead generation, account targeting, and market intelligence.

2. AI-Led Business Impact

• Drive measurable outcomes through AI-powered insights, qualified leads, opportunity creation, and revenue pipeline growth.
• Partner with portfolio, sales, strategy, and regional teams to maximize adoption and business impact.
• Continuously refine models and agent performance through user feedback.

3. AI Product Development

• Lead development of AI agents, predictive models, recommendation engines, and portfolio intelligence solutions.
• Enable automated product evaluation, opportunity scoring, and market intelligence generation.
• Ensure scalable, governed, and high-quality AI and data platforms.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with commercial leadership, KAMs, regional teams, and AI/engineering teams.
• Act as the bridge between business, AI, and technology.
• Drive adoption through data-backed insights and compelling AI product narratives.

5. Product Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery from requirements to adoption and value realization.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for AI agents and portfolio initiatives.
• Deliver high-impact AI products and agentic workflows using agile methodologies.

Experience

• 3-6 years in product management / analytics / digital platforms
• Experience in AI/ML or data-driven products (preferred)
• Exposure to pharma processes is a strong plus

Education

• MBA from a tier-1 institute (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field

Skills

• Strong business-first product thinking with outcome orientation
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems with structured approaches
• Hands-on understanding of data, analytics, and ML concepts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional, global team
