Lead Product Manager - Enterprise Platforms

Role & responsibilities :

- Define and own product vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy for IL OneForce across user roles.

- Drive requirements for core platform modules including dashboards, Partner Analytics, Conversion Funnels, Renewals, Lead & Prospect workflows, Gamification, Contests, and configuration-driven platform control.

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate KPIs and operational needs into scalable product capabilities.

- Work closely with Tech, Design, Data, and QA teams to execute product releases with precision.

- Integrate AI/ML, analytics, automation, and insight-driven workflows to enhance decision-making and productivity.

- Ensure high-quality UX through user research, feedback loops, and iterative enhancements.

- Drive governance, auditing, role-based controls, and operational reliability across the platform.

- Measure product success through adoption, productivity uplift, engagement, and business impact metrics.

- Represent IL OneForce in leadership reviews, showcases, and strategic planning sessions.
