Lead Product Manager, GrabMart Fulfilment
Get to know the team
The Fulfilment team at Grab builds the products and platforms that help millions of orders move reliably from merchants to customers across Southeast Asia. Within Fulfilment, this tackles the distinct challenges of grocery and retail delivery, including larger baskets, planned delivery windows, longer routes, diverse vehicle capacity, and close coordination between merchants, driver-partners, fleet partners, and customers. The work you do will directly improve the reliability and efficiency of GrabMart, while helping to scale and create better experiences across our ecosystem.
Get to know the Role
As a Lead Product Manager for GrabMart Fulfilment, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for how GrabMart orders are fulfilled reliably, efficiently, and at scale. You will lead ambiguous, cross-functional problem spaces spanning service laddering, fleet utilisation, dispatching, and operational coordination from order readiness through delivery completion. You will work closely with adjacent Product Teams, Engineers, Data Scientists, Operations, Supply Chain, country stakeholders, and external partners to discover opportunities, run pilots, and scale proven capabilities across the region.
We believe a successful candidate is highly analytical, deeply user-centric, comfortable with moving fast under ambiguity, navigating complex marketplace and logistics trade-offs, and able to influence stakeholders across functions and seniorities.
This is an individual contributor role based onsite in Grab's Singapore office. Think you have what it takes? We'd love to hear from you.
