Lead - Product Manager

<p>Experience - 7+ Years<br />Location - Mumbai<br /><br /><b>What We're Looking For: </b><br />*7–8+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience owning meaningful products or product portfolios. Open to someone who is hungry + competent and has not necessarily lead a team. </p><p>*Strong track record of end-to-end ownership — someone who naturally takes accountability for outcomes rather than just delivering requirements. </p><p>*Extremely high ownership and a self-starter mindset. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and limited hand-holding. </p><p>*Strong analytical orientation with the ability to use data to identify problems, prioritise opportunities and make product decisions. </p><p>*Strong understanding of product funnels, metrics, experimentation and user behaviour. </p><p>*Ability to manage and develop a product team while remaining sufficiently hands-on as an individual contributor. </p><p>*Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and teams. </p><p>*Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly. </p><p>*Strong communication and problem-solving skills. </p><p>*Experience in fintech, consumer internet, lending, payments, HRTech or adjacent businesses would be valuable, though not mandatory.</p>
