Lead Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications and ETL solutions.

· Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica and SSIS.

· Develop and maintain SQL Server and Oracle databases, including stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and complex SQL queries.

· Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and data migration activities.

· Design and develop reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.

· Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, and Veracode.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.

· Perform application integration, testing, deployment, and production support.

· Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and coding standards.

· Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

Required Technical Skills:

· ETL Tools: Informatica, SSIS

· Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, IBM DB2

· SQL Programming: T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers, Query Optimization

· Reporting & BI: SSRS, Power BI, SSAS

· DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, Veracode

· Programming: C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Groovy

· Web Technologies: WCF, Web Services

· Data Migration and Performance Tuning

· SDLC, Application Support, Integration Testing, Regression Testing

Preferred Experience

· Experience in Banking and Financial Services projects.

· Experience delivering enterprise reporting and data warehouse solutions.

· Exposure to Microsoft BI technologies and large-scale ETL implementations.

· Experience working in Agile or structured SDLC environments.
