Lead Project Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any major with proven experience in project management.
Strong knowledge of project management, project planning, prioritization, and project delivery.
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a business and project-oriented mindset.
Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Define and drive project objectives, scope, timelines, and priorities aligned with business goals.
Lead the project lifecycle from planning and execution through delivery, completion, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and delivery.
Identify project requirements, business needs, and potential risks to develop effective project plans and solutions.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and make data-driven project decisions.
Lead and mentor Project Managers while ensuring project initiatives deliver measurable business and project value.
