Backed by a reputed private equity investor, the company has established itself as a market leader through its commitment to exceptional product quality, customer experience, and continuous innovation. ## About the Role As **Lead - Projects & Design**, you will spearhead the complete lifecycle of retail and hospitality fit-out projects across India. You will be responsible for translating brand concepts into physical outlets, managing large-scale budgets, and ensuring timely handover of high-end, fully functional, and legally compliant dining/QSR spaces. ## Key Responsibilities ### Project Planning & Execution - Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects from concept approval till handover. - Develop project schedules, milestones, and execution plans. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. - Manage simultaneous rollout of multiple F&B outlets across various locations. - Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. ### Vendor & Contractor Management Support the Supply Chain team to: - Identify, evaluate, and onboard contractors and suppliers. - Negotiate contracts, rates, and delivery schedules. - Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and quality. - Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment. ### Budget & Cost Control - Prepare project budgets and monitor actual expenses. - Review BOQs, estimates, and billing certifications. - Implement cost optimization without compromising quality. - Track project financials and report cost variances. ### Site Management - Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews. - Monitor execution quality and adherence to specifications. - Ensure proper documentation, site records, and project reporting. - Drive timely completion of snagging and final handover. ### Team Leadership - Lead and mentor Project Managers, Site Engineers, and support staff. - Define KPIs and monitor team performance. - Build a high-performance project execution team. - Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence. ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or B.Arch. - PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred. ## Desired Candidate Profile - 15–18 years of experience in interior fit-out project management. - At least 8–10 years in leadership roles managing QSR/F&B interior projects. - Proven experience delivering restaurants, cafés, quick-service restaurants (QSRs), food courts, cloud kitchens, and hospitality projects. - Experience managing multi-location rollouts is essential. - Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
