Compensation & Benefits
- $220,000 - $270,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring
- MD with an active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain licensure) in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
- Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain without restriction).
- 3+ years of experience providing medical direction and supervision, particularly with Medicare patients.
- Board certified or board eligible in General Psychiatry.
- Board certification or eligibility in Geriatric Psychiatry or Consult/Liaison Psychiatry is preferred.
- Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) participation is preferred, but not required.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Structured Care Review (SCR) to primary treating clinician through systematic case review and treatment plan oversight (average of 32 review hours per week and 6 to 10 patient reviews per hour). Focus on Medicare patients in market.
- Recommend any treatment adjustments, including specific medication and lab/imaging/study order recommendations, treatment plan adjustments, or advised clinical protocols directly with the primary care provider
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
- Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
- Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
