Client Server in London is seeking a Python Developer / Team Lead to drive features and refactor the core banking platform. You will lead a small, capable team with a 50/50 split between architecture and people management, mentoring juniors, and setting engineering standards.
Hybrid working with an office in Central London; WFH twice per week. Requires Python expertise, leadership experience, cloud knowledge (GCP preferred), API design (FastAPI), CI/CD, and strong CS fundamentals.
