Requisitos

• +6 años en QA Automation.
• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
• Automatización Web y API.
• Playwright, Cypress o Selenium.
• Appium (deseable).
• Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Diseño de frameworks de automatización.
• Integración de pruebas en CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI o Azure DevOps).
• Experiencia en Microservicios y APIs.
• Inglés avanzado.

Deseable

• Docker y Kubernetes.
• Contract Testing (Pact).
• Observabilidad (Datadog, Grafana, New Relic).
• Performance Testing (k6, JMeter).

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la estrategia de automatización.
• Diseñar y evolucionar frameworks E2E y API.
• Definir estándares y mejores prácticas.
• Impulsar iniciativas de Quality Engineering.
• Integrar automatización en pipelines CI/CD.
• Acompañar y desarrollar al equipo de QA Automation.
