Lead QA Engineer – AI-Driven Multiplatform Testing

Paramount Pictures in Milan is seeking a passionate Lead Software Test Engineer to own quality across web, mobile, and OTT platforms. You will guide testing strategies, develop automated test suites, and mentor a team of QE engineers.

The role emphasizes test automation, performance testing, and integration with CI/CD, in a fast-paced streaming environment. A Bachelor’s degree and strong OO programming skills are required.

Lead testing initiatives across multiple platforms and teams. Develop test plans, test cases, and test executions. Mentor QE engineers and drive process improvements. Design and maintain end-to-end test frameworks for multi-platform streaming apps. Apply AI-assisted test generation and evaluation with governance measures. Extensive experience designing and leading test automation frameworks. Strong understanding of software quality best practices. Hands-on coding and debugging of tests in OO languages. Experience with CI/CD and build automation tools. Experience with online streaming/video technologies is a plus.
