LEAD REALTY SPECIALIST

About the Position: As the Lead Realty Specialist, incumbent is responsible for coordinating efficient and effective accomplishment of the execution of major projects in support of the agency's Real Estate mission. As Technical Advisor and Quality Control leader, the employee is also responsible for providing guidance for real estate products and projects. The position requires a broad real estate background.

Serves as a Lead Realty Specialist responsible for communicating community of practice roles and responsibilities and coaching, coordinating, and facilitating the execution of work.

Performs highly complicated tasks necessary to complete the Real Estate actions.

Plans, budgets, obtains funding, monitors expenditures, and assures completion of realty actions to support management and perform work involving project milestones and budgets.

Serves as a Technical Advisor on real estate matters.
