Lead Recreation Attendant 2
Phoenix Country Club, located in Phoenix, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Lead Recreation Attendant 2! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Pay:
$17.50-20.00 per hour
Location:
Kids Care Center
Schedule:
Must be available 5 days out of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a safe, fun, and engaging place for children 6 months – 7 years old
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized space
- Check and respond to registration requests regularly and maintain reservation records
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in administering effective behavior management techniques
- CPR and first aid certified preferred (we can offer this)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting and carrying materials and small children.
