WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Mentor and develop apprentice technicians.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Idaho HVAC Journeyman License
• EPA Certification
• Strong residential installation experience
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship

Sign-on bonus: Fifty percent ($1,000) will be paid upon successful completion of the probationary period. The remaining $1,000 will be paid in equal installments over the following 12 months, contingent upon continued employment and satisfactory performance in accordance with company standards. Employees who leave before completing this period or fail to maintain these standards will not be eligible for any unpaid portion of the bonus
